Luis Ma. Gil L. Gana
A 1986 graduate of the University of the Philippines Law (Dean’s List), Atty. Gana was former Managing Partner of Aquilino Q. Pimentel Jr & Associates and is presently the Managing Partner of the GMP Law Office. He was a consultant to former Senator Aquilino Q. Pimentel Jr. from 1998 – 2010 and is presently a Fellow of the Pimentel Institute for Local Governance and a regular lecturer on their on-going seminars on Barangay Good Governance and National Transformation and Federalism 101.
His years of practice were in the field of litigation, labor, taxation, banking, intellectual property, corporate matters, local government concerns and on constitutional issues.

Elmer E. Manlangit
Atty. Manlangit earned his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1991 at San Beda College, Manila. He started as an Associate Lawyer, then Junior Partner of the Aquilino Q. Pimentel, Jr. and Associates Law Office from 1994 to 1997. He was a Senior Associate of the University of East’s College of Law Dean Amado Valdez Law Office from 1993-1994. He started as legal researcher in October 1991 and promoted as Associate Lawyer of the Reloj Law Office when he passed the 1991 Bar Exams.
Presently, he is the Corporate Counsel of TMS Ship Agencies, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries. He is the elected Corporate Secretary of Mercury Steamship Agencies Inc., CDO Ship Agencies Inc., Travel Managers Int’l. Inc., CEL Consolidators & Freight Forwarders Inc., Tri-Gen Insurance Agency, Co. Inc.
He is also the current Club Secretary of the Rotary Club of Palanyag Parañaque, RI District 3830, and Assistant Secretary of the Parañaque Tennis Club.

Dominique P. Gana-Pabillore
Atty. Gana-Pabillore is a 2016 graduate of the University of the Philippines Law. She graduated third in her batch and was part of the Order of the Purple Feather (honors society). Atty. Gana-Pabillore was an associate of SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan from 2017 – 2018, where her practice areas included corporate housekeeping, corporate secretarial duties, general corporate services including incorporation of domestic corporations and post registration requirements with government agencies, contract review and drafting, and special projects such as due diligence for mergers and acquisition projects.
In 2018, she joined Gana Manlangit Law Office as an associate. In addition to her corporate work, her current practice areas include family law and estate settlement, real property & sales, and intellectual property.Currently, she is the Vice-President and Trustee of the Pimentel Institute of Leadership and Governance and a Torts Professorial Lecturer at Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law.

Jonathan A. Pabillore
Atty. Pabillore graduated from the University of the Philippines Law in 2016. During his time there he actively participated in moot court competitions, placing second in the International Humanitarian Law (IHL) moot court competition in 2014. He also formed part of the team that first represented the Philippines at the Price Moot Court Competition held in Oxford University, UK.
In 2023, Atty. Pabillore earned his LLM Degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, United States. His LLM specializes in International Law and Human Rights.
Atty. Pabillore’s most recent work experience is with the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), as an Associate Solicitor. At the OSG, Atty. Pabillore represented the Republic of the Philippines in various court and administrative proceedings. In 2024, Atty. Pabillore joined Gana Manlangit Law Office, specializing in Labor, Litigation, and Family Law.
